Optimization And Research Of Capital Structure Of Our Country's Private Listed Companies

The capital structure is the core of financial administration of modern enterprise , which influences the administration structure of the enterprise directly on one hand; It even influences the financing cost and market value of the enterprise on the other hand. With the privatization fast development, private listed companies have been become an important part of listed companies in China. Because the different ownership property between private listed companies and state-owned listed companies, so private listed companies have them peculiarities on financing fashion,administration structure,financial decision and so on.In this paper, we deeply analyze the capital structure of private listed companies basing on the occident capital structure theory, and also make a primary discussion on the optimum model and approaches about their capital structure. In the key stage of Chinese capital market development, study these problems have great theory and actual meaning to stipulate financing behavior of private listed companies and enhance corporate performance, and then promote the healthy and continuous development of the capital market of our country and national economy.
