Integrated Evaluation Model Of The New Socialistic Country And Its Application

The fifth membership conference of Communist Party's 16th meeting had putted forward theimportant historical mission to develop the socialistic new country. This scribed that the country andboorish problem had been taken on a new stage. Beyand the new policy's guidance, research of newcountry was also mentioned to a high degree.scholars researched it in different sides and putforward many beneficial viewpoints and suggestion.But these researches mostly consisted oftheories about the purpose, meanings and practices of the new country, but the evaluation of it hadnot systemic theories and methods.This research is to resolve evaluations of the socialism new country in all new angles and withsystemic methods. In comprehending the new country's meanings, characters and standards, weestablished the evaluation system, designed synthetical evaluation model, then make use of themodel to do a substantial evidence analyze of whole countries'31 provinces(cities). During analysis,we gave measures and suggestions and reached conclusions.This thesis is consist of seven parts totally:The first part is introduction. It mainly explained background and meanings of the research,domestic and international research history, present condition and development. It also containedcontents and methods of this thesis.The second part recommended the meanings, characters and standards of the socialism newcountry. During the information's analysis, we grasped the new country's meanings roundly andselected a more scientific and representative research as a standard to establish the evaluationsystem. The research is new farmer, developed agriculture and harmonious country.The third part is the establishment of the new country's evaluation system. This part introducedgists, principles and methods, then establish a systemic and scientific evaluation system by thestandard of new farmer, developed agriculture and harmonious country. The new farmer consists offarmers' ability, farmers' standard of living, farmers' systematism degree, farmers' employed degree.The developed agriculture consists of agriculture modernization degree, agriculture continuabledegree, agriculture industrialization degree. The harmonious country consists of country's economydevelopmental level, country's political democratic degree, country's social harmonious degree,country's civilization degree, country's environment beautifies degree. Behind the subsystems, thereare some classified targets. At last, we established a targets system of three aspects and 27 targets. The fourthly part is establishment of the sosialism new country synthetical evalution system.Here mainly used the factor analysis and cluster analysis to established a multianalysis statisticalmodel.The fifth part is application of the socialism new country synthetical evalution system. Aim tothe synthetical evalution system, we collected whole country's 31 provinces(cities)' data, delt withthem and establish data' matrix. Then used the synthetical evalution system to do analysis of them.We obtained a synthetical score, sequence and a type's compartmentalize.The sixth part put forward a series of measures and suggestions according to the analysis result.Aim to the difference of new countries' constrution level, we gave suggestions respectively to thedivided four areas.The seventh part to the research circumstance of whole lesson, proceed the summary, get aconclusion. Firstly, the total level is not high. During the factor analysis, we can see that there are19 (more than 60 percent) provinces are below the average level of whole conutry. There are still along-term and hard process to get to the "new country". Secondly, the difference between easternarea and western area is too big. Besides some eastern provinces, most western provinces are belowthe zero. The agriculture is still too behindhand, the countries are still very poor and the farmers'lifelevel are still very low. Thirdly, even in the same level's country, the developments of everytargets are too unbalanced. Therefore, we should continue increscing the devotion to countries frompolicy, economy, see clearly the differences of eastern area and western area, the differences in aarea, grasp the weak link, advance the new country construction roundly.
