The overseas developed country the fundamental research to the enterprise and buys is at the relatively mature stage, but the domestic theory union overseas theory and our country and buy the market the present situation, also has obtained the certain research results. But according to the authoritative organization statistics, the success ratio which the enterprise and buys not to 30%, the reason is various, this article thought the enterprise and buys after the conformity had decided in the very great degree and whether buys succeeds, but domestic is in a relatively deficient aspect in fact in this aspect research. This article subject is for the purpose of studying and buying after the conformity.This paper analyzes the history and dynamics of corporate mergers and acquisitions, M & A analysis of the reasons for the failure, which leads to the issue of integration after the merger.
