Research On Management Performance And Sustainable Development Of China's Dairy Listed Companies

The dairy industry had been developing since the end of 20th century, the phenomena such as reorganizing, capital conformity, merger and acquisition reorganization happened frequently among dairy companies. As the enterprise's rapid growth and the industry's intense competition, many problems appear among those listed companies, such as cost and fee's continuous increasing, profit's gradual gliding and bad management performance etc, which affect the sustainable development of dairy enterprise. So it is very necessary to study on the management performance and sustainable development of listed dairy companies. The logic of this thesis is that: through analyzing the present condition on the management performance and sustainable development and these problems during the listed company's development, so as to propose some suggestions about improving the enterprise's sustainable development. The research technique and main conclusions are as followings in this thesis:Through the outline description about the listed dairy companies in China, the conclusions are those, the whole milk region achievement is on the trend of decreasing, the capital structure is stable but the mobile of stockholder's right is bad, the usage efficiency of capital market is low; through analyzing the management performance of listed dairy companies with the methods of qualitative and quota, the conclusion are those, the scale of listed dairy companies is stable, the ability of duty paying off is also better, but the ability of profit achievement and growth is bad; through arranging the order of listed dairy companies with the methods of factor analysis and the theory of sustainable development, the conclusion is that the actual growth rate of listed dairy companies is higher than the sustainable growth rate generally in china; through qualitative analysis, the suggestions on improving the sustainable development of listed dairy companies are those, improving the efficiency ability and management of enterprise, maintaining the harmony development of enterprise etc.
