Study On The Price Of Different Conformation Of Natural Gas

With the development of world economics, the energy structure changes gradually. Natural gas resource is rich, and becomes one of the primary energies in the 21st century. The five factors of the development of natural gas market are: resource, transportation, policy, market and price. Price is the most sensitive part, and plays an important role in the development of natural gas. Price level will influence the exploitation and utilization of natural gas. It also influences transportation project investment and natural gas demand, and then affects the development of natural gas industry. The current pricing mechanism can't adapt the development of natural gas market. Therefore reforming the natural gas pricing mechanism is imperative. To guarantee the healthy development of natural gas industry of our country, we should establish reasonable pricing mechanism and determining the fair price level. Therefore the study on natural gas price has important practical significance regarding the development of natural gas industry of our country.The paper is composed of six chapters. Chapter one is the forward which summarizes the necessity of the research, as well as the basic structure of writing. Chapter two elaborates basic pricing method of different conformation of natural gas. Chapter three analyses the price level and pricing mechanism of the main natural gas consumption areas in the world, then compares the price level of these areas, at last concludes the pricing mechanism of foreign countries. Chapter four analyses current situation and existing problems of natural gas price in China. In view of the existing problems, chapter five profits from the experience of foreign countries, then proposes some political suggestions for our country.Through the research of natural gas pricing mechanism of foreign countries, we think the emphasis of reforming the natural gas pricing mechanism of our country is to use the net back pricing method based on substitute energy. We should also change the government's function in price administration.
