Desion Of Finance Budget Project For Oil Production Plant Implementing The Mode Of Oil Reservoir Management

At present, the production and management environment of the oil production plant in China has already changed deeply, and the domestic and foreign pressure faced by enterprises' management and administration is being strengthened constantly. In order to meet the needs of blancing the production decreasing the cost ,the oil production plants in China have to implement the oil reservoir management and administration mode. But with the implementation of the oil reservoir management and administration mode,the traditional budget management mode have exposed some questions and deficiencies gradually and can't meet the requirement of the oil reservoir management and administration more and more, needing to design a new budget management system.Thus, it's very positive to research this subject.On the base of further study about the theory of total budget management and driver-based cost budgeting,associating the theory the oil reservoir management and administration ,this text has drawn up the basic principle and the framework about the domestic oil production plant which implementing the oil reservoir management and administration mode. The text first designs administration budget and capital budget ,then set up the project of finance budget and has chosen an oil production plant to carry out the analysis of real example .At last the text proposed some guarantee measures for an oil production plant which employing the new budget system.
