Urban transport problems are more and more serious in our country. It shows as follows: traffic congestion and traffic pollution. The efficient way to solve them is developing public transport greatly and raising the proportion of trip by bus. For the bus scheduling is vital for public transport management, we can conclude that implement on the intelligent public transportation and research on bus scheduling optimization methods is very important to improve the quality of bus scheduling management and to enhance the attraction of trip by bus.The passenger data is the base of bus scheduling. This article has analyzed the characteristic of IC card data. The curve of the passenger flow volume is obtained using IC card historical data and is optimized on both of the number and interval of transit peak value curve using fisher's sequence clustering method. Then, the regression equations of predicting the passenger flow volume by IC card data are established in order to provide the base data for bus scheduling.Vehicle line scheduling is the base mode in bus scheduling. This paper presents a bus scheduling optimistic model with scheduling time as variable. The model aims at the maximum of satisfaction of passenger waiting time and bus company income, and subjects to the maximum and minimum scheduling interval, the full-load rate. In the model, timetable can be obtained and adjusted according to passenger flow volume through the efficient and convenient IC card data in a short time.Bus scheduling optimistic model is a muti-variable and non-linear problem and can not be solved by traditional methods. This paper uses the immune algorithm to solve the model and presents the process of algorithm on bus scheduling.In the end, the model and algorithm is validated by the scheduling data of No.406, the (?)us demonstration route of Dalian.
