Developed many years, Psychological Contract get a large achievement , and it is completely recognized by all social class in western developed country . The relationship between Psychological Contract and employees' satisfaction research has gone deep in this field .As the difference between western developed country and China in the field of economist and culture, only its theories are used in china .This article is an analysis about the employees' satisfaction and the factors of Psychological Contract .It is grope for an answer of how to improve the satisfaction and to decrease the clerks' instability in the companies by using Psychological Contract method. I got a conclusion through analyzing and comparing that the degree of the employees' satisfaction can be measured by the next factors: relationship of colleagues, condition of welfare, status being respected and being treated fairly, feeling safety, the chance to express advice, reward, being recognized for performances done, space for promoting. The factors to effect the satisfaction mainly include: proper and full of challenge job, fairly reward, working in an opening environment being sustained, comfortable and harmonious atmosphere, personality and ability suit with the station, being equitable attitude for raising and developing, and the violation of Psychological Contract etc. Psychological Contract goes with the employees since they come into the companies. And it also is not invariable, in another words ,it will change when the time, the working environment, and the role they acted bring changes to them. Once one or above primary factors making up Psychological Contract are violation and breach, it will come into being very serious dissatisfied emotion .If Psychological Contract are violation and breach, it will come into being very serious dissatisfied emotion. Correlative research indicates that violation of Psychological Contract will decrease the satisfaction and efficiency in a big deal. So enterprises should pay sufficient attention to the Psychological Contract, otherwise it maybe reach to an unable redemptive result.This article try to analyze how to use Psychological Contract to improve the satisfaction of the staffs in the next primary management sectors such as recruitment, building organizational culture, daily management, communication, salary and welfare, and assess etc…I wish I could clarify the methods of Psychological Contract used in organizational management roundly and syllabify.
