Study On Countermeasure Of Perfecting Our Country's Enterprise Environment Management

Environment management as a new management form, is the only way for enterprise seeks to live and develop in environmental protection time. Enforce environment management is the necessary choice for Chinese enterprise. Chinese enterprise must put environment management into practice. But at present, the recognition of environment management is not clear. And there are many problems in environment management practice. Such as lack practical experience, lack necessary substances, capital, technology, human resources, and the guarantee of institution and market. How to make enterprise realize the connotation and development law of environment management, and then actively carry out scientific and effective environment management on its own initiative, is the problem which this paper should to settle. First, this paper clarify the driving force mechanism of environment management development on basis of introducing the development course of environment management. Namely, the initial power is to get environmental and economic effectiveness through carrying out environment management. Second, introduce successful experiences of Japanese enterprise's environment management and the enlightenment for us. Third, analyze the current situation of Chinese enterprise's environment management. Last, the paper put forward countermeasure and suggestions for government and enterprise. Namely regardless of government or enterprise should abide by the law of environment management, and improve the environmental and economic effectiveness of enterprise, there by promote sustained growth of environment management. The government's task is to draft law, provide guarantee of substance, capital, technology, human resources, carry out extensively environmental education, direct green consuming. The enterprise's task is to build effective environment management system. Namely on the basis of ISO14000EMS, we should build green enterprise culture, draft strategies of environment, carry out green supply, production selling, to realize environmental protection and economic development.
