| China is one of the biggest inflowing countries of FDI in the world, and FDI plays a very important role in boosting China's economical development. Korea,as one of the most important trading partners and the 4th largest FDI source, which has supreme acceleration in her direct investment into china, has its impact on Chinese economy unimpeachably. Therefore, studies on the influence of Korean direct investment in China on China's import and export have important theoretic and practical significance.Based on theories of international direct investment and international trade, this paper builds up diverse line back to back model, makes use of Eviews software, uses the data from 1988 to 2006 and carries on a substantial evidence examination on the influence of Korean direct investment in China on China's import and export. It's proved that Korean direct investment in China have positive correlation with Chinese import and export. In other words, Korean direct investment in China stimulates export and import. Based on the above, this paper takes basic document of Korean direct investment in China since 1980s as the clue, and carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis on the correlation between development course, investment scale concerning Korea direct investment to China and Commodity Structure, investment scale concerning our import and export trade.Finally, this paper analyzes the existing problems of Korean direct investment in China and proposes the related countermeasures. Through studies on the correlation between Korean direct investment in China and China's import and export trade, China may has some operational enlightenment in policy that conforms to our national condition, and adopt the corresponding method and measure guiding Korean enterprises to invest in China and developing our import and export trade. |
