In recent years, foreign trade in China has being developed quickly, but also with large amount of unbalance. Among them, when mentioned the trading between China and other Asian countries and regions, the amount of unfavorable balance is huge and with the trend that this unbalance figure is becoming bigger along with the deep development of trading between China and other nations and regions in Asia. As an important trading companion with China, it is crucial to analyze the situation in trading balance and the reason of unbalance. Based on this, making the correct policy in trading is of profound meaning.The article firstly began with the present trading conditions between China and other Asia regions, showing the characteristic of unfavorable balance by the way of total amount and structure analyze. Then, using the method of theoretical and empirical analysis searched the reason of unfavorable balance in the aspect of both economy factors and the policy systems: economy growth rate, FDI, exchange rate and protection policy in trade by some countries all do contribution to the unfavorable balance. In the end, the article has given an evaluation to the unfavorable balance of trade and also given some suggestions and a blue picture of trading in Asia. The unfavorable balance would still be existed and the amount would become bigger. For our country, with the opportunity of fast development of economy, we should update the import and export structure of merchandises, improve the technology content in export commodities. Changing the export merchandises from low additional value to high additional value is the only development route when trading with outside. In the meantime, we should accelerate the progress in signing free-trade agreements with neighboring countries, promote trade liberalism and create a good environment for the free trade in the region and the whole world.
