Practical Study Of Data Mining Based On Rough Set In Service Concept Development

Today, the service trade grows up and strengthens. New service development becomes one of the most important competitive methods for enterprises to serve the increased competition and environmental change. But most domestic service enterprises lack serve consciousness and management skill in the new service development activity, which it will launched or already launched actually. Being the starting point, focal point and difficult point of new service development, service concept development is short of meticulous planning and controlling. So, the new service can acquire recognisation from market and consumers only when enterprises hold the service concept, which meets customer's demand.We can develop service concept by mining the key service from service bag, which is a process of classifying service concept by data mining. Object of data mining is service concepts of service bag, carrier of data mining is history data, and spirit of data mining is mining classification. So this paper combines data mining on the bisis of rough set with service concept development, study data mining of service concept development in depth, brings forward a optimized arithmetic, build decision trees of service concept development, lay a solid foundation for application study of service concept development successfully. This paper is of both important theoretic and realistic significance for new service development magagement and improvement of service innovation efficiency.Fistly, this paper introduces rough set theory, data mining theory and new service development. Then it explains definition, basic element and course of new service development, especially explains process of service concept development and emphasizes the importance of service concept development in new service development.Secondly, this paper combines rough set and data mining, constructs the decision tree of service concept development and carries on the "Classification Algorithm by Attribute Importance" algorithm through improving ID3 algorithm so as to derive out the data mining model of service concept development.Lastly, this paper regards the management daily of Changsha Unicom as the carriers under the service background of the existing five major service brands (service concepts) of Changsha Unicom. It uses the model to mine successfully key services which influencing customer's demand and existence and development of enterprises. The data mining result promotes the service concept development of Changsha Unicom and confirms the realistic feasibility of the model. At the end, this paper tables some proposals for policy of service concept development of Changsha Unicom.
