The Comparation And Choosing Research On Financing Mode Of High-tech SMEs In Starting Stage

Science and technology are important drivers of economic development, and also the fundamental hallmark of social progress of mankind. With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises are becoming one of the important factors which decide the economic competitiveness of a country and a region.Strong demand for fund and high investment risk are the main characteristics of high-tech enterprises. At present, many high-tech enterprises are confronted with financing difficulties, for investment system of our country is not completely formed, which has greatly restricted the pace of their development. Thus, it is necessary to research on financing problems of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.This thesis defined clearly what is high-tech enterprise and what is small and medium-sized high-tech enterprise, analyzed the main characteristics of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises. Then, the thesis explained the content about the enterprise capital structure and the enterprise financing theory systematically.This thesis analyzed the financing problems which small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises when starting an undertaking, made a comparative study about all financing patterns of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in this stage directly and systematically, and then provided feasible schemes about financing pattern for the enterprises when they are in seed period and start period nowadays.Combining with the design about the financing patterns that it provided, the thesis analyzed the financing pattern of BaiDu company. The research conclusion of this thesis is not only providing certain theoretical guidance, but also feasible for actual practice.
