As the globalization of the world economics and the fast development of high-technology, the world has already come into a Knowledge Economy age, and the competition between companies becomes more and more intensive. Domestic securities companies are developing at a very high speed., especially after our country officially joins the World Trade Organization, the domestic securities industry, which undertake the high pressure, are faced with greatly challenge. How to conquest those difficulties? This paper considers that Customer Segmentation and Application based on Data Mining provide a good solution. to Domestic Securities Company.Customer Relationship Management), which is named by Gartner group, is a kind of new management systems aiming at improving the relationship between corporations and their customers. It can keep touch with and attract more and more customers through efficient and kind services. Its application have some succeeds overseas, and will gradually become mainstreams. In view of CRM this paper believe that the effective application of customer segmentation is the key for the company to have the core competition. According to the coarse customer segmentation in the nowadays securities companies and the ignore the change of the customer type, this paper use one typical securities companies customer data to study the domestic securities companies customer segmentation and it's application.First of all, this paper take the quintessence of CRM, and in view of the foreign and domestic securities companies' development in CRM, it analyses domestic securities companies' applicability in developing CRM. Secondly, this paper use the psyche of the CRM—customer data warehouse construction, maintenance and application as an example to study the effective application in CRM of domestic securities companies. The main task in the text as follows. It constructs the customer transaction data warehouse using data warehouse skill; based on the customer transaction data warehouse in Securities Company, it clusters the customer segmentation using data mining skill; use classify technology to advance the style forecast model of the new and old customers; use statistics technology to create fit curve of the customer life cycle; combine the customer life cycle and the forecast model of old customers gives the blurry customer segmentation forecast model based on the cloudy model. At last, based on all the study result as before, advances the dynamic customer service tactics and flow, and it expounds the domestic securities company conformity management model based on securities company's diversity operations.The most important main innovation of this paper are: gave the reference model of five typical customer type in domestic securities company the suggestion about the style forecast model of the new and old customers; the suggestion about the blurry customer segmentation forecast model based on the cloudy model; the suggestion about the service strategy of different type customers in different life cycle period; the suggestion about the domestic securities company conformity management model based on securities company's diversity operations.
