Building seed brand possesses the very important strategy meaning on seed industry. Analyzing hybrid seed brand circumstances and the problem in building seed brand by adopting the comparative and dialectical analyzing methods, The result shows that:1. The seed brand's main factor of the formation lie in difference, production scale and management method of seed; The brand seed has the monopoly market advantage breaks, opposite costliness advantage and higher market competition ability.2. The management innovation of the seed brand includes science and technology innovation, management innovation and crop species innovation.3. There are some problems of not enough understanding, lack of management, brand core value and speciality identity in the construction of seed brand. The main reason of the problem of the seed brand is difference of the service, the quality realize and the understanding of market.4. It is good method to build seed brand and protect seed brand by transforming ideals and improve understanding, scientific masterminding and designing seed products, total quality control, increasing investment and increasing the science and technology content in seed products, enforcing human resource management, paying attention to market, wielding the weapon of law effectively to protect the famous seed brand and creative service principle etc. It is important to developing seed industry.
