With the integration of global economy,there are more political and economical exchanges between China and other countries.International communication is related with official documents.Therefore this article mainly studies English documents and Chinese documents.The purpose is that comparing and analyzing the two types of documents. According to a large number of international famous official documents of English and Chinese,analyzing the vocabulary,form,sentence structure,types,using method between two languages documents and the reason why produces the differences.By comparing the Chinese and English official documents,highlighting their respective advantages and characters.The official documents adopted in China mainland need to absorb the advanced of English official documents.So as to improve the transparency of international political communication.
