Research On The Development Of The Trade In Services Of China Under The Liberalization Of International Trade

Since 1980s,international trade in services have developed rapidly and been integrated into the multilateral trade negotiations agenda due to the gradual relaxation of the restrictions on trade in services.International trade in services has become a new area of trade competition,and an important factor of enhancing the international competitiveness of a country. Actively promoting the liberalization of international trade in services become an important means of the world,especially the developed countries,to promote their domestic economic development and expand its international trade.With the global acceleration of the process of economic integration,the liberalization of trade in services has become an irresistible trend.《the General Agreement on Trade in Services》(GATS) symbolizes that the development of international trade in services will be more standard and more liberal.This will influence the formulation and implementation of the international trade in services of the countries in the world.Liberalization of trade in services also undoubtedly influence the development of China's service sector and even the development of entire national economy. China is gradually fulfilling the commitment of accession to the World Trade Organization,it is necessary to further open the domestic market and speed up the liberalization of trade in services. Faced the trend of liberalization of trade in services,we should correctly understand the China's liberalization of trade in services,and scientifically formulate the development strategy based on the conditions of our country to promote the international trade in services. This paper get the measures for the development of China's service trade,from the studies on the background of international trade in services,on the impact on the development of trade in services , on the international competitiveness of trade in services,on the factors that influences the enhance of the international competitiveness of trade in services.The first part briefly introduced the rapid development of international trade in services and the trend of the liberalization of trade in services.
