The Theory And Application Research Of Engineering Cost Management In The Power Grid Construction

The engineering cost management in the power grid construction that is very important not only for reducing engineer cost and construction found in china, but also for promoting power electric industry and economic development. The paper introduces the theory, characteristics, situation issues, management modes and development course of engineering cost management in the power grid construction firstly. Then the main influence factors and the primary management contents in different stages are discussed. There are undergoing feasibility research stage,engineering design stage , bidding work stage and construction stage of the engineering cost managements. The different measures in different stages can improve the level of cost control in the grid project management. Finally, the engineering cost management case is studied and the relevant conclusions for power grid construction are suggested.
