Investigation And Assessment On The Construction For Drug Administration And Drug Supply In Rural Areas Of Ji'an City

ObjectiveInvestigation and assessment on the "two nets" of rural drug in Ji'an City to know construction development, assess result and efficiency, analyze issues and shortcomings, promote the experimental work of the construction of "two nets", regulate rural drug market, ensure quality and safety of rural drug, safeguard the peasant's health and lawful right and interest in using drug.MethodsThe study carries out under the guidance of SFDA and Jiangxi FDA's spirit of document. Three steps assessment indicator system and weighting coefficient are determined by Deplehi method and investigation by epidemiology method. All statistical analyses are performed using EXCELL2003 and SPSS11.5.ResultsAverage drug allocation rate is 100.00 percent in town, 96.75 percent in countryside; average drug administration rate is 100.00 percent in town, 100.00 percent in countryside in the nine counties (mayors). Average satisfied degree is 98.17 percent on peasants,98.28 percent on government, 99.78 percent on company about the "two nets". Average marks are 97.00 on supply net,91.38 on administration net and 89.77 on efficiency, average synthesized mark was 92.89. Eight counties were assessed excellent (88.89%)and one counties was assessed good(11.11%). Cronbach's alpha coefficient's reliability is 0.7537 in total on assessment system; multiple correlation coefficients are between 0.6270 and 0.960. ConclusionsRural drug "two nets" construction was launched efficiently, it finished the task from document's spirit of SFDA and Jiangxi FDA. Medicine price was dropped step by step, medicine quality was ensured, assessment reliability was high. But it need to enhance their knowledge about two nets who are in connect with medicine in basic unit, made all areas under administration, drop medicine price of the hospital.
