Study On The Development Of Leisure Industry Belt Of The Northern Piedmont Of Qinling

The leisure industry was one kind of new modern service industry developed after the 1980s, because of its positive sense in promoting economic development, adjusting industrial structure, increasing employment post, meeting consumer's demand. Leisure industry is becoming a hotspot of concern to scholars in China.The Northern Piedmont of Qinling has geographical features of transition from mountain to vast plain,therefor, where topography and geomorphy is complex and varied.The natural scenery and the countryside view enhance one another's beauty, which greatly attracts Xi'an and the nearby city peoples,so,the Northern Piedmont of Qinling has great potential for the development of leisure industry. With the traveling road's penetration, leisure industry emergs along the road and has rapid development tendency. Now is the time to study it.This article elaborated the implication of the leisure industry ,and reviewed the domestic and international development and the research course of leisure and leisure industry. The author thought that the domestic leisure industry research just started, and especially the geography research on the development of leisure industry are few with almost no research on the leisure industry belt. Aiming at these problems, this article studied development and construction question of the leisure industry belt using the method of combining theory with practice. Firstly, based on the industrial belt theory, the "point-axis" system theory, the sustainable development theory, and so on ,this article brought forth the concept of the leisure industry belt, analyzed its formation and evolution mechanism,and elaborated its main feature and function. Secondly, taking the Northern Piedmont of Qinling as object of study,this article analysed the location, the resources and the market characteristic by qualitative and the quantitative methods. Based on correlation analysis to the resources, market and product, the product types were designed. At the same time, this article defined the scope of the Northern Piedmont of Qinling,proposed the space structure and the layout pattern of leisure industry belt,determined the main development axis and growth pole of every parts. Finally, this article put forward development strategy and some basic measures to the Northern Piedmont of Qinling according to actual condition.
