Knowledge-based economy is a new economic form. Production, distribution and utilization are the most important factors of social economic operation. The theory of corporation knowledge management is the crystallization of practice in managing knowledge efficiently as the most important resource in corporations. It makes all kinds of corporations have ability to meet the great challenge of knowledge-based economy. The goal of corporation knowledge management is to realize the increment and innovation in knowledge. By means of knowledge innovation, the corporation is able to improve the ability of competition and realize sustainable development. And the employee is the main body to realize knowledge management, only through the research for key elements of executing knowledge management, could get target of realizing corporation knowledge management.This dissertation, on the basis of the theories of corporation knowledge, knowledge management components, and knowledge capital and organizational behavior, studies systematically the effect on employee's behavior, of factors such as organization, leadership, learning, and technology during corporation knowledge management. Analyze all factors quantitatively with AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), and get the influencing datum of effective elements in employee's behavior during knowledge management. This essay is divided into 7 chapters: the first chapter is introduction; the second chapter states the basic theory of corporation knowledge management by three aspects which are knowledge, knowledge management and knowledge management system; the third chapter mentions advanced theory and situation of knowledge flows and knowledge management mode in multinational enterprises; the forth chapter focuses on the process and result of this investigation, and analysis basing on that, and feasible suggestions for enterprises to made employees involved in knowledge management; the fifth chapters state the limitation of this research, suggestions to further study and the conclusion.
