The Application Of Group Dynamics In Illegal Acts Of Safety Management

Safety is the eternal theme of production, and most the incident happened is because of the insecurity acts by people. It is reported illegal acts is the largest category of all the unsafe behavior. So how to reduce the illegal acts occurred is of major significance. This article combined the theories of group dynamics, enterprise management and security management to analysis the issue related to illegal behavior modification from the point of view of groups theory. In this article, we pay attention to the factors that driving and constraining the modification of the illegal acts in production, besides we order these factors with mathematical method. More importantly, we give the advice to the practical production by two-pronged approach, first from the perspective of formal groups, another from the perspective of informal group.First of all, we start from group theory and definite the modification of illegal acts. We make the problem clear and lay the foundation to use the group dynamics theory to solve the problem.Secondly, This was followed by this paper focuses on Lewin field analysis of regulations for the application of behavior modification, the focus of illegal behavior modification for the implementation of this group change the driving force of the factors and constraints, and category and sort of discussion.Finally, according to Lewin field analysis and the results of Lewin's three-stage model of reform groups, the paper from the formal and informal groups groups point of view , presented in practical work in the illegal behavior modification implementation strategy.As a whole group dynamics theory used to solve security problems in production of the illegal acts of research and try to explore there are still many deficiencies and future needs further study and exploration.
