It performs the decision analysis by the actual cases, and expatiate & analyze in detail from throws the capital strength background and project basic situation obtaining, the influence project development market environmental factor of macroscopic and the microscopic environment. Through the competitor analysis and the SWOT analysis model use, the research revealed this project development is faced with the superiority, the inferiority, the opportunity and the challenge, and determine this project the localization and industry condition the function division. The study has analyzed the project investment cost and each financial norm. Penetrated this project development the financial appraisal and the anticipated financial income, systematically analyzed the real estate investment decision-making procedure. At last, we draw a conclusion from this study. Meanwhile, the proposal of the project implementation, the risk control and means were put forward.
