With the advent of the information age and the rapid development of the Internet, the network economy causes much social concern. At the same time, in the fierce competition of Personnel related industries, Voluntary turnover has become a major feature of the flow of talent. It proposes a new topic for theoretical research and management practices. This study is based on the existed studies about the intention of employee turnover. It gives a study on the features of the workers in comprehensive portal enterprise, with the study of new variables including the Chinese context factors. It finally gives the model of workers in comprehensive portal enterprise turnover intention.The data of the empirical study is from the answers of a questionnaire put on the internet. The study verifies the path of the model by using the SPSS software, and explores a variety of influential factors of the intention of employee turnover.The result of this study shows that the model improved by this paper can explain the turnover intention of the workers in comprehensive portal enterprise. All the independent variables in the model have correlations with turnover intention. By studying the key variables and the general public Factors Were obtained. The combination of the two can take into account the key variables and the whole model. It also found that compared with the variable income, the influence of the variable career implementation has more notable effect on the turnover intention.According to the result of the analysis of the most important influential factor to the turnover intention of the workers in comprehensive portal enterprise,this paper gives some suggests on the methods of how to keep the core employees from turnover. It has certain significance on retaining core employees of enterprises, maintaining competitive advantage, and other management practices.
