The employment is foundation of the livelihood of the people, the solving of which relates our country to the stability of general situation of the reform and the development, relates to the improvement of people's living standards and to our country's long-term peace and governing. In our country's journey of socialist construction and reform, Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, and Hu Jintao, as the representatives of Chinese Communists, combine the basic principles of Marxism employment theory with the Chinese practices tightly, attach high importance to employment problem from strategists' view, and form rich Chinese theory achievements - - the Mao Zedong employment thought, the Deng Xiaoping employment thought and the employment thought of "The Three Represents" as well as the new centre leader collectivity's recent development on the Marxism employment thought under the leadership of Hu Jintao. The Chinese Marxism employment thought is a precise and integrated scientific system which consists of a series of conversations and speeches on employment and its relating work by leaders of several generations of Chinese Communist Party and various significant literatures related to this work. It is the product of the unity of the Marxism employment thought with the contemporary Chinese employment practice and the epoch feature, and is the contemporary Chinese Marxism employment thought. Research on Chinese Marxism employment thought has crucial theory value and practical meaning on learning and understanding the dissertation of the leaders of several generations of Chinese Communist Party, on creating the employment theory and ameliorating employment work, on easing employment pressure and promoting robust economy development and on maintaining the country's long-term peace and governing and the realizing the goal of the construction of a well-off society.On the basis of research already achieved and under the guidance of the Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, The Three Represents Thought, and the Scientific Outlook on Development," The Research on Chinese Marxism Employment Thought" tries to find the solution of new employment problem appeared in the new time, analyze and conclude the dissertation of leaders of several generations of Chinese Communist Party on this problem relatively holistically entirely and systematically, and to set up a scientific system of Chinese Marxism employment thought then consequently to impulse research on the employment theory, improve the employment work and to direct the employment practice. This article consists of four parts.The first part is about the meaning of Chinese Marxism employment thought and research significance by defining the concepts of the Marxism employment thought, the Chinese Marxism employment theory and the Chinese Marxism employment thought.The second part discusses three major forms of Chinese Marxism employment thought and the basic conditions and historical process of their formation. Among them, the historical process of the formation of the major form is the key point.The third part is about the main content of Chinese Marxism employment thought. By massive reading, analyzing, concluding and studying the treatise on employment and its work of the Party's leaders of three generations and the relating important literature, this part systematically analyses the main content of Chinese Marxism employment thought to set up a scientific system of the Chinese Marxism employment thought.The fourth part introduces the recent development of Chinese Marxism employment thought. Through analyzing and combing dissertations and relating principles of the new centre leader collectivity which is led by Hu Jintao on employment and its work, it concludes that the development of Chinese Marxism employment thought is the essential requirement of persisting emancipation of the mind, advancing the reform and open policy, carrying out scientific development and constructing the well-off society which embodies in promoting new ideas of doing the employment work, enlarging new view of making employment policy and in cutting new channel of solving employment problem.
