Base on the Western research result on employee turnover, The paper focus on State owned enterprise of Steel Industry, branch of multi-national companies and personal owned companies, do practical research on the problem of relationships among employee working satisfaction, organizational commitment, attention on other working opportunity and turnover inclination.The practical research uses the study method of deeply personal interview and paper test. 202 persons are investigated, and the conclusion is as below:1.Employees satisfaction level are higher than mid-level, in which the satisfaction to training, promotion system is lowest, work—family conflict is alleviated than before. In the factors of employee commitment, criterion commitment and emotion commitment is improved than reach result before. The entire of organizational commitment is in the higher and mid level.2. Personal characteristic difference has relatively big influence on factors of working satisfaction, organizational commitment.3. The higher work satisfaction, the stronger the organizational commitment. Organizational commitment can be forecasted by work satisfaction level. The higher work satisfaction, the lower turnover inclination. Turnover inclination is obviously forecasted by organizational commitment. The stronger organizational commitment is, the weaker turnover inclination is. Turnover inclination can be evidently forecasted by organizational commitment. Employee with high work satisfaction, strong organizational commitment, and low attention on other work opportunity, has low turnover inclination. The attention to other work opportunity is an important indicator of turnover.According to the research result, this paper raises some suggestion for Chinese enterprise on the area of improving employees'work satisfaction and organizational commitment.
