Based on an indepth study on ERP, firstly, this thesis analyses the characteristics of discrete manufacturing enterprises and ERP systems, and designs a system solution for the discrete manufacturing enterprise ERP, including overall logic model and logic design of critical subsystems. Secondly, it focuses on the design of algorithms steps of four key technical problems in the discrete manufacturing enterprise ERP system. Finally, it provides the technical solutions for the discrete manufacturing enterprise ERP application system and the four key technical difficulties.1) A solution for the discrete manufacturing enterprise ERP, including the logic model and technical programme.2) The core issue of the discrete manufacturing enterprise ERP---the making of production plans is a difficult and weak issue in a discrete manufacturing enterprise because of its complexity, dynamic randomness and multi-target. Based on the optimization rules and dynamic programming thinking, the paper introduces a integral scheduling algorithm in a hierarchical structure. The relatively better balance is maked between complexity and feasibility.3) In the discrete manufacturing enterprise, many documents with transfer flexibly. The transfer of documents is another difficult issue in the discrete manufacturing enterprise ERP because of its variety, access constraints and flexibility. Based on the analysis of documents transfering, message mechanism and concurrency control, the paper introduces flexible and complete document-transfering types, including normal and sign transfer.4) In the discrete manufacturing enterprise, there are many departments and the relations of employees are complex. To ensure the safety of ERP system, the paper introduces a multi-dimensional privew mechanism (users, groups, business functions, business content, data ambit) which establishes a hierarchical management with occupation grades and groups.5) Messages are interactive communication tools in ERP systems. Messages management is another difficulty. In this paper, a relatively independent public interactive platform is designed, providing a common mechanism for the ERP system.
