| Since the1970's, many nations have put the emphasis on the development of hi-tech industry, and regard it as the important measure to strengthen comprehensive national strength. In the last few years hi-tech enterprises are developing rapidly in our country, with its increasing scale and quantities and the large proportion in national economy constitute, which efectively promote the adjustment of the economy structure. Being the main force of stimulating national economic growth, the hi-tech industry has already become important composition of pushing our country economic growth. However, facing the drastic change in the international and domestic competitive environment, the majority of the domestic hi-tech enterprises must meet the challenge of living in the competition.Although academics have generally think that only the enterprises which have the viability can survive in the fierce market competition, enterprise viability was late. And now, the academics are not clear about its nature of self-capacity and mean, and they don't know how it is formed, which impact on it. The imperfect system can't be able to provide more theoretical guidance, which is extremely unfavorable to the industry and regional development. So, we study the viability of the constituent elements of high-tech enterprises, the formation process and its impact, which are important theoretical and practical significance for enhancing the viability of high-tech enterprises and maintaining sustained and rapid economic development of the region.This paper gives a brand new definition on the enterprise's viability self-meaning and essence on the basis of the literature. And according to this, we make its constituent elements and self-nurturing way. Based on it. we use the theory of regional innovation milieu, so we can make an analysis on the relationship between the regional innovation milieu and enterprise viability from the perspective of geography. We make a deep research about the s enterprise viability process under the influence of the innovation milieu, a typical high-tech enterprises in Henan Province on behalf of Xu Ji Group Co., Ltd. From the study, we find that it can also promote high-tech enterprises survive and develop in less-developed inland in the central region despite they haven't the support of the development of regional innovation milieu, but as long as they pay attention to strengthening external innovation network construction and at the same time improving the regional innovation soft environment. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions on how to build high-tech enterprises which have enterprise viability on the basis of analysis.The paper is divided into six parts:Part 1: introduction. It introduces the background of the study, significance, methods and innovation.Part 2: make an analysis on the theory of regional innovation milieu and the viability. We make an analysis on the concept of regional innovation milieu, features, components and nurturing way, and then have a define of the ability of self-meaning and essence from the perspective of management. Finally, we give the self-capacity Elements and nurturing way of high-tech enterprises.Part 3: we make an analysis on the mechanism which is taken from the regional innovation milieu for enterprise viability in theory. In this paper, we think that regional innovation milieu is composed of four sub-system, they are the infrastructure environment, innovation network environment, the environment, social system and cultural environment. Because they are different in the composition of the four sub-system structure and function, their ability to self-enterprise development mechanism is different. The part analyse that how the regional innovation milieu of the various components makes enterprise viability.Part 4: Empirical Analysis. We analyse the major environmental factors which impact viability y of Xu Ji Group according to the research which gets from it. We think that viability of Xu Ji Group is divided into three different stages, and then make a research about impacting factors in different stages of regional innovation milieu. So, we come to the conclusion: regional environment for innovation-Following has an important effect on the self-formation and development capabilities of Xu Ji Group.Part 5: the paper gives some suggestions on how to build high-tech enterprises which have self-innovation ability on the basis of analysis.Part 6: conclusion. The paper summarizes the main study conclusions and points out the tourism competitiveness study direction and content to continue to be explored. |
