A Study About The Transferring Power Patterns For The Chinese Family Business

Family-owned businesses, which play very important role in social and economical development, are the immanent organizational form of businesses all over the world. Since the reform and opening, the family business in china has gained great development. It has deeply effected the development of the national economy and has been the important part of the national marketing economy. This paper is based on the definition of family business, and the literature, so we bring forward the problem of the routing choice of generational succession in family business, and deeply discuss the shift routing of ownership, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of each routing choice. Our research is based on the reality of Chinese family businesses, and brings forward our researching angle from family succession and the concept of Chinese family succession. Then, we try to explain characteristic of Chinese family succession and the reason why it come into being. In the end, we take the reality condition of Chinese family businesses into account, analysis the existence of uncertainty risks in Chinese family businesses. Certainly, this paper is a kind of studies foundation according to the people of the past, although try my best, still be limited by the knowledge level and control data, and lack related cases research. That should be solved in the following research to improve with perfect.
