Research On The Green Science And Technology Support System For The Socialist Harmonious Society

Socialist harmonious society is another great goal of new historical period, reflecting the common aspiration and requirements of the people of all nationalities. At the same time, science and technology has infiltrated into all aspects of social life, building a socialist harmonious society can not be separated from the supporting role of science and technology. However, technology's role as a "double-edged sword" dictates that we should rationally develop and make use of science and technology. Therefore, green technology came into being. The main line of this paper is that socialist harmonious society; through discussing the harmonious idea, green technology and its supporting system, it expounds the catalytic role of modern technology to build a socialist harmonious society and further explores the constructing problems in green technology supporting system of socialist harmonious society. This paper is divided into four parts.The first part summed up that the harmonious thinking includes five aspects: harmony between man and nature, interpersonal harmony, the harmony of man and society, the harmony within oneself and the harmony of the world (state-to-state). Those types of harmony form the precious wealth in the history of human thought and provide an ideological foundation and a useful reference to build a socialist harmonious society.The second part firstly introduces the content and features of green technology and the significance of its existence, and then it analyzes the content and functions of green science and technology supporting system, providing a theoretical foreshadowing for the next phase to analyze the role of green technology supporting system in building a socialist harmonious society.The third part points out that modern technology plays a great role in the building of a harmonious society; it is not only the material foundation of building a socialist harmonious society, but also boosters of political stability, democratic progress and cultural prosperity, and still ties of harmony between man and nature. Based on those, this part analyzes the status and role of green technology in building a socialist harmonious society.The fourth part preliminarily discusses achievements and problems of the supporting system of green technology, and analyzes the causes of the problems. On that basis this part puts forward policy proposals to promote the development of China's green technology and construction of green technology supporting system, aiming at providing strong scientific and technological support to build a harmonious society.
