| As rapid growth of Chinese economy, Civilian-run economy contributes more and more to GDP. With the globalization, a lot of Civilian-run enterprise is winning in the competition, to be the main force pushing Chinese economy quickly development. With the fast developing, the abuse of family firm comes forth. The enterprise encounters the developing bottleneck. With the competition is pricking up, it is the necessary to improve management level and achieve continuously development to the family firm. As a professional manager, how to success in a family firm is the major subject in this dissertation.Through refer to the experience of foreign family firm, analyzing the opportunity and threat of Chinese family firm faced, combining the practice of myself, I deeply studied the case of SOLID Company, summarized the successful experience of reengineering in SOLID Company. Which can be concluded to two points, the first one is the right selecting of the mode of reengineering, the second is that the operation way and skills used very successful during whole process. Three sections to be included in selecting the mode of reengineering, to define the range to be reengineered, the schedule of pushing reengineering, the style of pushing change. The skills include three points, setting up five systems, improving of executing force, built the excellent corporate culture. After studied the case, some suggestion to be concluded regarding reengineering of Chinese family firm, which should be a reference to professional manager and the owner of family firm. I hope the research can be contributed to development of small and mid-size Chinese family firm. |
