As the market of fresh agriculture products turned into buyers market and bird flu happened in the global world, consumers paid more attention to fresh agriculture products'quality, safety, package etc. The demand of fresh agriculture products became diversified. Whether it could efficiently delivery these products with low-cost would be considered as a strategy for a country to stably develop the rural economics and improve the farmers'income. Under this background this paper focused on the research of distribution model and vehicle routing optimization of fresh agriculture products.This paper first analyzed the logistics'characteristic of fresh agriculture products and current problems existed in its logistics'channel in our country, and then gave out a review on research about logistics and vehicle routing problem. In chapter 3, this paper compared logistics'operation between our country and developed countries from five fields: logistics concept, logistics construction, logistics player, cold chain, and logistics information, and summarized advanced experiences which our country should learn from those advanced countries. In chapter 4, this paper proposed three construction principles of distribution model of fresh agriculture products. Based on these principles, this paper built up distribution models for wholesale markets, supermarkets and processors, and discussed about restrictive factors and adaptability of every model to make it work more efficiently. Later this chapter researched on how to operate its delivery based on different logistics'provider for an enterprise. In chapter 5, this paper defined an exponentially perishable function of fresh agriculture products. A vehicle routing problem with time window for fresh agriculture products was built after analyzing its distribution task planning. Then we coded the max-min ant algorithm in Matlab 7.0 to obtain an approximate optimal result within a reasonable amount of time for that problem.In the end of this paper, this paper summarized the contents of the research, and presented the future research direction.
