Along with social progress, the rapid development of science and technology, environmental organizations are increasingly complex and changeable, and there is a growing trend. In organizations knowledge workers who are pursuing self-realization also are increasing, but it is difficult to detect acts; in a complex and ever-changing external environment the limited rationality of managers is growing dramatically; meanwhile, the internal organization and management of the environment are becoming increasingly complex. Many managers have to use a lot of relatively complex methods and structure to cope with external and internal complexity and uncertainty, but at the same time must face uncertainty brought by these complex methods.In the field of management theory, system theory jungle is lack of responsing road, and researchers have also continued to come up new management theory, under the new management requirements of organizations, such as organizations study, core competencies, recycling process. But the theory confined to their specific research perspective, it is difficult given integrated, holistic strategy to deal with for complexity and uncertainty. Harmonious management theory is brought up in the theoretical background and the practice environment. The basic ideas of harmonious management: issues-based double rules coupled interaction mechanism of "optimization design" and " dynamic role ". Harmonious management theory may be regarded as "organizations around the theme of harmony to the design and optimization, with the dynamic role as a means of providing solutions to problems of practical activity".Management philosophy, a science about management world-view, methodology and dynamic contradictory transformation between objects and subjects, not only penetrates the whole management process, but also plays a significant role in contemporary management. Basing the management philosophy , it uses philosophical theory and methodology, including management, sociology, economics, political science, etc. Emphasising on the harmonious management theory, it has done some valuable research. First, the thesis talks about historical harmonious ideas, and then discusses the theory from practical and the theoretical background, and then focuses on the harmonious management and the application of its own theory. Besides, from the perspective of dialectics ideology, it discusses harmonious management theory feasibility. The analysising and application of theory has significant theoretical and practical value. Strongly especially in construction a harmonious society , enterprises, as a social "economic cell", achieve harmonious management, furthurmore to the economic, political, ecological harmony, and finally social harmony in the full realization, as a result, we are required to make a comprehensive system and profound analysis about harmonious management theory, and put it to use in the great socialist modernization practice!...
