Research On Retail Electricity Price Of Electric Power Enterprises Based On DSM

Demand side management is an important way to explore and use the resources effectively. It plays a crucial role in the Sustainable Development of the economy, resource and environment. Due to the resource shortages around the world and the increasing environment-protection pressure, more and more countries and resource organizations are now taking DSM into account.The theory of electricity price has always been a hot research topic. Price reformation is the key issue of the electricity system reformation. With the development of power market and electricity reformation, retail electricity pricing is also evolving and adjusting.Pricing analysis is the foundation of pricing. Based on the investigation of the Hangzhou electricity market, this thesis analyzed and studied the sale prices using DSM . It introduced the traditional pricing analysis approaches and the business logic of the pricing; and carried out the analysis and made the efficient suggestion on two-parts electricity pricing,three- level- tariff TOU pricing, residential TOU pricing, ice-storage TOU pricing and electric-storage-heat TOU pricing.In the meantime, the consumers' responses over the new policy that was carried out in Hangzhou were also analyzed. This policy implements three levels of electricity price based on three time periods during the day and night. The Impacts on all kinds of industrial companies and typical corporations affected by this policy were analyzed. The economic effect was also evaluated according to the policy's function on taking the extra peak parts to fill in the vale. In addition, a recommendation was presented on how to carry out this three level tariff policy more effectively. In the end, this thesis gave detailed suggestion on the interruptible price and the interruptible price modeling and utilization analysis during the electricity shortage in order to reduce the peak load. It demonstrated that the implementation of interruptible price during the electricity shortage has tremendous economic benefit.
