The Research Of Our Country In Negotiable Securities Company Product Innovation

Since the beginning of the 21st century, China's Securities Industry has witnessed a rapid and vigorous development, with the competition becoming fiercer day by day. Having been brought in line with the international practice, the structure of the non-traded shares of China's listed companies has changed in terms of its essential qualities. Therefore, the capital market is gradually adopting the overall-circulating system which requires that the Securities Agencies should adjust their strategies to adapt themselves to new environment by continuously creating the products to meet the need of the market.On the basis of analyzing the developing process of the products operated by Securities Agencies, this paper, taking the PEST and SWOT measures for analysis, defines the range of the study, points out the potential opportunities of creating new products by the Securities Agencies through analyzing the inside and outside environments of the securities market, and also puts forward some new varieties of fund innovation, warrants innovation and stock index futures. The paper also makes its effort to explain the developing trend of the securities market by studying the advanced ideas and theories of the mature markets at home or from abroad, so as to find out the problems now existing, and the method of innovating new products for the Securities Agencies. The paper at last points out the problems which need to be solved immediately in regard with the product innovation of the Securities Agencies, and make a prediction of the proper system and environment which can promote the product innovation standing at the microcosmic level.
