| Now, the financial service innovation, with its power in reducing the transaction costs, improving the financial efficiency and effective distribution of financial resources, shows great impetus and constitutes as an important contributing factor as technical innovation in economic growth. With the setup and operation of the socialist economic and financial system, especially with the further deepening of the financial globalization, the domestic financial service innovation is very active. Considering the fact that the financial globalization is on the process, this research is of both theoretical and practical significance.This paper completely introduces the related basic theories about financial service innovation such as the system financial service innovation theory, the rational expectations theory, and the rate-parity theories. It analyzes the condition and problems of the financial service innovation of commercial banks in our country.It mainly researches the content and the way of financial service innovation of commercial banks in our country. The former includes the assets service, indebted service, midterm service innovation. The personal financial service innovation is the focal point and the direction of innovation at present. This paper analyses the concrete problems of some concrete services, such as the personal check service, and propose the way of the financial service innovation based on the CRM theory.The paper proposes the countermeasures and proposals of financial service innovation to commercial banks in our country.
