The Research On Venture Capital's Exit Mechanism Of Medium-sized Sci-tech Enterprises

Venture capital is a popular mean of investment all over the world, which play an important role on the propping up the small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises. However, in my opinion, the venture capital's exit mechanism is the core in the whole system of venture capital. It is because that venture capital is the combination of high risk and high income, and high income is achieved by some exit ways. To achieve the investor's goal, it is necessary to have perfect exit mechanism in the market, allowing the investors to withdraw the fund smoothly. But, the exit mechanism for small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises is not completely established yet in our country, which has some problems, particularly the narrow exit way prevents the growing of venture capital in our country. Here, I have suggested a little suggestions through analysis and research on how to establish and improve the exit mechanism for small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises and how to broaden the way of venture capital'exit, and deemed that the suitable exit mechanism of venture capital for small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises is the mergers and acquisitions. Also, I have advised the solutions on the main problems that small and medium-sized sci-tech Enterprises should deal with.
