Along with continuous changes and improvements of the high technology develops, the high technique product starts piling up one after another.Because of high additional value and low degree counting on the nature resources, therefore, the developed coungtries try to extend the exit of the high technique product continuously. Recent years,The high technique product export increases very fast in our country. Its contribution to our country export is more and more big, Its influence to our country's outside trade competition ability is more and more obvious.This research analysizes the export competition ability of high and new technique product from the three aspect: the export present condition, exit competition ability index number and the factor influence exit competition ability. The study use three index sign to measure the export competition ability—RCA,NTB and MOR to prove that our country's high and new technique product total exit competition ability is in variety from weak to strong.Then,the research compare the condition of our country with international advanced countries from three aspects—the quota of the high and new technique product exports occupy the industry finished product exports,the technique realm of the export,technique level of the export.We discover that our country's high technique product export main in low technique,only earn the process fee.Which proves that our country's high and new technique product in obtaining the international value of laboring with same quantity and the international cent work benefits is lower. Then, we scoop out some related factors which influence the export competition ability of the high and new technique product from the microscopic and macroscopic level. The result of the macroscopic level analysis expresses the technology investment, the manpower capital devotion,the foreign investment of the high and new technique is capital to its export competition ability. The result of the microscopic level analysis expresses the price, quantity, technique, talented person, export friction, local market competition,etc influence exit competition ability of the high and new technique in our country.From the analysis above,the author aim at the questions in high and new technique product export in our country, putting forward to some suggestions to strengthen the export competition ability of high technique product and build up the international trade competitive advantage of high technique industry in our country.
