Research On DBR Control Mechanism Under Synchronized Manufacture

As the foundation and pillar industry of the development of nation economy, manufacturing industry face huge of competition pressure, with the development of science technique and the economic. As the origin to create the competition of manufacturing enterprise, the produce system is pay attention. The efficiency of production systems directly determines the level of the product competitive in the marketplace. Efficient production systems, need not only in scientific and technological progress, but also in its production and management technology development and production management model innovation. Advanced production management model requires a corresponding control structures to support. Therefore the research on the production control of enterprise management is of great significance.The resource is limited, so every enterprise pays attention to the problem that how to make full use of the resource. Therefore, synchronous manufacturing mainly solved the paradox between the constraint resource and the market demand. So this paper mainly researches the control mechanism under this mode of production -DBR control mechanism, based on the research of synchronous manufacturing abroad and in our country. This paper mainly includes five parts:The first part is an introduction, which briefly introduced the background of the topic and the research significance, and did the document survey of the correlation content, outlined the main content of the article.The second part is the theoretical foundation, which emphatically introduced the proposion, the main thoughts and the evaluation targets of synchronous manufacturing; moreover, elaborated the DBR system.The third part main introduces DBR control mechanism. At the first, compared with other typical model of control the mechanism, then detailed analysis the special characters of DBR control mechanism in produce system, promoted analysis the management of DBR control mechanism, in that say, analysis the necessity of devotion control point.The fourth part mainly discusses the design of the schedule of DBR system. Due to the difference of four control point, the control plans are different.The fifth part is the conclusion and the forecast, which made a clear and concise summary of this paper, and pointed out the innovation and deficiency of this paper, and proposed the forecast of the future research.
