The Study On Evaluation Of Commercial Bank Operation Performances In China

China' s banking has been opened completely in 2007,this means our country s banks will not only be confronted with gradually fierce competition of domestic insiders , but also be confronted with boundary threat of foreign capital enters: our country s banking will begin to face to forcefulness competition of foreign banks having mature market experience, the foreign bank will rely on their tremendous strength to compete with our country banking in high avails for talented person and top customers, low risk business with high profit such as centre business, international clearing , foreign exchange market. How as soon as possible our country banking improves oneself operation performances and meet the challenge of foreign banks under this background has already become a problem which attract banking, government and the public. So it is meaningful that objective evaluation of our commercial banks' operation performances and analysis of operation performances .This thesis will do research based on the problems above:1st chapter Introduction introduces purpose and significance of the thesis , current situation studies of home and abroad , the research content and the research methods of this thesis; 2nd chapter Summarize of commercial banks synthetically evaluation ,firstly introduce implication of commercial banks, secondly introduce methods which used to evaluate commercial banks operation performances; then construct the evaluation systems of commercial banks operation performances based on "Three Principles"; 3rd chapter Synthetically evaluation of our commercial banks operating performances, manage to use synthetically analysis methods to analyze overall water of commercial banks' operation performances with Efficiency Coefficient Method ,based on four aspects which are beneficial result , flow ability of assets , assets safety and developing ability, achieve the ranking of commercial banks, lastly choose a representative bank: China Merchants Bank(CMB); 4th chapter Synthetically evaluation of CMB, firstly introduce CMB, secondly use trend analysis method to analyze the operation performances of CMB ,then propose suggestions for the development of CMB; 5th chapter summary and prospect of full-text, firstly recount the main conclusion of this thesis ,then point out innovative points and limitation, lastly elaborate prospect of future study.
