This research is about China's real estate investment, on the basis of the real estate investment analysis; we applied chaos theory to analysis macro-control of real estate investment. The aim of the study is: First, to explore China's real estate investment in the fundamentals and principles of interaction; Second, study on the foreign success or failure of the developed countries experience, and contrast with China's investment in real estate, to find out deficiencies of China's investment in real estate; Third, we will study the behavior of real estate-based macro-control, the performance, characteristics and the role of principle; The fourth is the introduction of chaos theory, all the macro-control of real estate influencing factors were analyzed, in order to ensure the accuracy of control. The research including the empirical analysis and the theoretical analysis, has applied advanced theory to real estate investment macro-control and analyzed the impact of factors, the specific research results are as follows:1. Identify the real estate industry as the pillar industry of the national economy, and we had got the further analysis of its national economy in the important position and role. Real estate investment plays a decisive role in economic growth. On the basis of analysis on the formation of a real estate investment conditions, characteristics, and important factors, we had described the current status of real estate investment.2. Identify the main constraints of real estate investment scale, structure and its impact on investment scale; to compare the real estate investment means, on the basis of analyzing the use of the mode of financing, we had studied the new financing means and tools which the banking and the securities industry provided.3. After analyzing the Precedent of foreign developed countries, we had point out the current problems and crux of the problem existed. Through the research of the phenomenon about the real estate investment bubble in the past, we had analyzed the performance and the causes of the bubble, and from the studies above, we got our lessons and inspiration: real estate investment development goals needed the government's macroeconomic regulation and control as a guarantee. On the other sides, we had discussed the need of government's macro-control of real estate investment, the specific implementation, and the role of the macro-control means.4. Chaos control method will be applied to real estate investments, according to study of chaos theory, and on the basis of the study on economic chaos, we find out the key variables in real estate investment, and established the logistic and Lorenz two forms of real estate investment chaotic economic model, controlled the real estate investment bubble, and provided the corresponding control strategy. Synchronization methods had been applied to promote economic growth, on the basis of the real estate investment and economic growth Lorenz chaotic economic model, we had established the model of its chaotic synchronization, and gives synchronization strategy.
