Restriction And Freedom In Technical Innovation Of Enterprise

Based on the analysis of study on technical innovation of enterprise home and abroad, the thesis stresses the necessity of creating a rational and legitimate free environment for technical innovation of enterprise firstly. Secondly, through qualitative analysis, comparison and practical analysis, it discusses the restriction and influence of human resource, capital, regulation, law and cultural factor to technical innovation of enterprise. Then, it studies about how to activate the enthusiasm of human resource, how to solve the short of capital in technical innovation of enterprise, how to improve the construction of regulation, how to stimulate creation, how to provide a perfect law system, how to bring up an advantaged cultural context. And it also provides some rational and legitimate suggestions. At last, from the view and method of materialism and dialectics, analyses the dialectics relationship between restriction and freedom in technical innovation of enterprise. The restriction and freedom of the technical innovation of enterprise is a symbiotic, as two sides of a coin. They are interdependent and interchangeable. In the process of technical innovation of enterprise, they act as a whole, as the freedom being a target and the restriction being a condition. The freedom of technical innovation in enterprise is conditional, which is based on the rational law. More attention should be paid on restriction and a free environment needed is different from pushing the technical innovation of enterprise unboundedly. So, understanding the dialectics relationship between restriction and freedom and managing the balance is quite important in the process of improving the technical innovation of enterprise.There are two difficult problems in this paper: firstly, the technical innovation of enterprise is influenced by many factors, it is difficult how to identify the most important one in these factors and sort a feasible path. Secondly, the problem involves a wide range of aspects, to master all the relevant theories needs very extensive background and knowledge reserves. The paper systematically analyses five factors in the technical innovation of enterprise and relevant problems, makes corresponding policy suggestions, and discusses the interdependent relationship between the restriction and freedom in technical innovation of enterprise. These are the most creative parts of this thesis.
