In front of the magnificent number, we should pay more close attention to the quality behind the number. So the financiing quality of the listed companies is an urgent project. Researching the financing quality of the listed companies has great practical meanings and theoretical meanings. The paper uses the mensurable and qualitive method and the comparative analysis method. The aim is to provide dynamical headspring radically for increasing Co. competive ability and maintaining Co. continuable development.Analysing the existed theoretical research on the financing quality of the listed company. we find that the financing analysis system is too trivial, pays much attention to the quantity, while little attention to the quality. According to that, this paper constructs a new financing quality analysis system through introducing Co. financial management management quality index and exporting Co. financial expressional quality index, based the process methed of ISO9000 series criterion . This paper establishes measure model of Co. financing quality through the FUZZY synthesis estimate method. And it establishes control model of Co. financing quality through introducing quality control model. Simultaneity this paper takes applied study on the financiing quality of a listed company. At last, the paper takes correlated meature to guarantee the favoring actualization of Co. financing quality.The paper innovative builds up the measure and control mode about Co. financing quality and ISO9000 Co. financing quality management system.
