| China semiconductor market is a market with strong demand, and its increasing speed is very higher than global average. China IC design industry has good prospect。This thesis analyzed China IC design industry with Porter"Five Force Model","Diamond Model"method, and with foreign (American) and Taiwan experience, also analyzed the advantage of China IC design industry .It is introduced in this thesis how to choose IC Company to invest with AHP method and figure out what is the bright point in the future. I have get three conclusion and method in this paper, the first is try to construct the system to evaluate company with AHP method; the second is the conclusion that IC design is bottleneck of China semiconductor industry; the last is that it is the good chance to enter IC design field for venture capital. |
