With the development of China's economy, music concert has become a more and more important part of people's culture consumption, thus this industry develops very rapidly within recent years. But as music concert market in China has only developed for several years, there are still a lot of weak points especially in service quality, market mechanism and operation. So establishing an evaluation factor system of service quality for music concert will help us to give a perspective future to this industry.There are six parts in this paper and the details are as following: Part one is the introduction. In this part, this paper specifies the study background by starting with the perspective development of music concert market and analyzes the specialty of this market. On the base of this analysis, this paper concludes some weakness of our music concert briefly and states clearly about research methodology and content of this paper. Part two is literature review which is the theory base of whole paper. At the beginning of this part, this paper gets a deep research about the definition for service quality with the purpose of understanding the research trend of service quality and methodology as well as factors of service quality and the way to measure it which paves the base for the following research. After this review, this paper also summarizes some disadvantages on the research of service quality and puts up some suggestion for future research. Part three is an analysis on consumer behavior. This paper considers the details about music concert consumers and concludes specialty of their consumption which provides a lot of useful information for design of questionnaire in the next part. Part four is demonstration research. With the base of"Gap Model of Service Quality", this paper makes full use of SERVQUAL measuring scale and designs a questionnaire for service quality measurement through interviews with experts and audiences. We send out questionnaires in 4 music concerts and build up our evaluation model. Part five is the suggestion to improve service quality of large scale music concert. According to the theory and investigation result, this paper gives a systematic model on improving service quality of music concert. Part six is about creativity, disadvantages of this research. On the base of concluding the problems we meet in the whole process of research, this paper also raises some suggestion for further study.
