| In recent years, China's economic construction has made great achievements. China is in the economic and political institutional restructuring, there are still some discordant factors, especially the excessive competition within the manufacturing sector which comes with the irrational industrial structure, excess production capacity, excessive price competition and lower profit levels. Then our industries become deeply extensive economic, exacerbate environmental degradation, energy shortages and international trade friction.Many scholars'studies show excessive competition is mainly due to excessive entry and exit barriers. These phenomena is caused by the local government protectionism, non-market behavior and the incompletion of current system of China's market economy and legal system. Although these studies explains the excessive competition in a certain extent, but did not form a complete theoretical research system.Through deep analysis of the manufacturing industry in the background of China's industrialization and the current stage of development of international industrial transfer startups,we know excessive competition in the development stage of industrialization is a natural phenomenon.On the Other way, international industrial transfer are closely related with foreign investment, and exports to the export-oriented industries accounted for a large proportion of the industry which is in excessive competition. Thus through empirical study it shows foreign investment is the slack to upgrade the industrial structure and formed the core competitiveness, which cause excessive competition. on the basis of previous scholars'study and transaction cost theory, we form a three-pronged approach to the interpretation of imperfect market competition excessive formation mechanism. My purpose is to be clear about excessive competition in the manufacturing operation mechanism and the underlying causes then made the prevention and treatment of excessive competition countermeasures. |
