Through the discussion of remanufacturing logistics networks, this dissertation displays the importance of the optimistic design of the remanufacturing logistics networks to the correlative enterprises. So this dissertation proposes several optimization models for some different types of remanufacturing logistics networks, which is a theoretic way for designing and establishing the remanufacturing logistics networks. In addition, this dissertation gives some suggestions for treating with the obstacles in the optimization of remanufacturing logistics networks. Therefore, on the basis of the status quo on of research and existing problems of the remanufacturing logistics networks in domestic, this dissertation analyses the remanufacturing logistics networks and has a deep research in the optimization models of the remanufacturing logistics networks.During the study, there are six chapters for expatiating the system analysis and optimization model research of remanufacturing logistics networks of waste production in this dissertation, the main contents of each chapter is given respectively as below:Chapter 1: The introduction. The background, purpose and significance of this research are expatiated as well as the current research status in domestic and foreign countries, study contents and methods.Chapter 2: The introduction of remanufacturing logistics networks. Firstly, this chapter introduces the basic concept of remanufacturing and remanufacturing productions; Secondly, according to some successful remanufacturing cases, the second part gives a sum-up about the main processes and the principle parts of remanufacturing logistics networks, then bases on which there is a conclusion of the characteristics of the remanufacturing logistics networks; In the end, through the analysis of the configuration and the partition principle of remanufacturing networks, the dissertation divides the remanufacturing logistics networks into two types: absolute remanufacturing logistics networks and integrated manufacturing/remanufacturing logistics networks.Chapter 3: Optimization model research of remanufacturing logistics networks in certain circumstance. There are two main parts of this chapter. Firstly, this chapter presents a cost-minimization optimistic model of absolute remanufacturing logistics networks for multi-type waste productions in certain circumstance, and validates the feasibility of the model through an example. Secondly, About the integrated manufacturing/remanufacturing logistics networks in certain circumstance, this chapter presents two profit-maximization optimistic models for multi-type waste productions. These models not only refer the integration of manufacturing plants and remanufacturing plants, but also refer the integration of distribution centers and inspection centers. Additionally, these models are based of two different condition, one is the remanufacturing productions equal to the new productions, the other is the remanufacturing productions can't take the place of the new productions, for these states, there takes two examples for validating the feasibility of these models respectively.Chapter 4: Optimization model research of remanufacturing logistics networks in stochastic circumstance. Bases on the multi-types productions optimization models of integrated manufacturing/remanufacturing logistics networks in certain circumstance, This chapter proposes a model when the remanufacturing productions can't take the place of new productions and which in a stochastic circumstance. Through the analysis of the uncertainty in the remanufacturing logistics networks, the model introduces some stochastic parameters. So combine the expected value model and chance constrained programming, the stochastic model is translated into an equal integer programming model which can be solved by programming of Matlab and lingo software, and in the example which invalidates the feasibility of the model, the dissertation analyses the influence to the optimistic result by the change of the stochastic parameters.Chapter 5: The optimization obstacle and solution analysis of the remanufacturing logistics networks. The obstacles which influence the effective operation of the remanufacturing logistics networks include the waste products can't return the remanufacturing enterprises completely and favorably, there aren't proper information systems of the enterprises, the lack of the mutual trust, cooperation and win-win consciousness among the enterprises and so on. For these obstacles, the enterprises in the networks ought to adopt effective reclaim ways and technology, establish the information network databases of the remanufacturing products, reinforce the cooperation and based a proper credit and insurance system among the enterprises. In addition, because the remanufacturing is still a new industry in domestic, so in many aspects of its implementation needs the support and participation of government.Chapter 6: The conclusion. This chapter summarizes the main research and analyses the further study that are needed to do.Through collection and sum-up of mass domestic and foreign references, this dissertation mainly studies the optimistic models of remanufacturing logistics networks of wastes productions. The main results of this dissertation are as follows:1) It has analyzed the characteristic of remanufacturing and remanufacturing productions, and bases on some successful cases of remanufacturing of some representative waste production, this dissertation analyses the main processes of remanufacturing logistics and the principal parts of remanufacturing logistics networks, and then partitions the remanufacturing logistics networks by absolute and compositive situations respectively.2) About the absolute remanufacturing logistics networks, this dissertation presents a cost-minimization optimistic model for multi-type waste productions in certain circumstance, and validates the feasibility of the model through an example.3) About the integrated manufacturing/remanufacturing logistics networks in certain circumstance, this dissertation presents two profit-maximization optimistic models for multi-type waste productions. These models not only refer the integration of manufacturing plants and remanufacturing plants, but also refer the integration of distribution centers and inspection centers. Additionally, these models are based of two different condition, one is the remanufacturing productions equal to the new productions, the other is the remanufacturing productions can't take the place of the new productions, for these states, there takes two examples for validating the feasibility of these models respectively.4) Bases on the multi-types productions optimization models of integrated manufacturing/remanufacturing logistics networks in certain circumstance, this dissertation proposes a model when the remanufacturing productions can't take the place of new productions and which in a stochastic circumstance. Through the analysis of the uncertainty in the remanufacturing logistics networks, the model introduces some stochastic parameters. So combine the expected value model and chance constrained programming, the stochastic model is translated into an equal integer programming model which convenient for solution by programming, and in the example which invalidates the feasibility of the model, the dissertation analyses the influence to the optimistic result by the change of the stochastic parameters.5) According to the current status of the implementation of waste products remanufacturing in domestic, this dissertation analyses the obstacles which get in the way of the development of the remanufacturing industry and the optimization of the remanufacturing logistics networks, accordingly, there gives some suggestions for controlling these obstacles.
