How to face the advent of the experience economy age for enterprises has become the subject of great topical interest in academic circles and enterprises circles. Gradually as Customer Experience was attached importance to people which importance became more and more outstanding. Information service (IS) is an important topic stretching across the studies of information management, Industrial economic, information and globalization. With the advent of the experience economy age, to have an influence on or effect a change in: Information Service Models is more improvement and targeted.The paper was divided into three parts, the first part was the first to the third chapter which Recalling the user experience and information service models of the theories, concepts, the status quo, and so on. The development of User experience on the telecommunications industry and the relation between user experience and information service models were also discussed. Analyzed and summarized the effect of The telecommunications industry information service by Customer Experience In the third chapter. Thus was confirmed the major impact on the telecom industry by user experience. Customer Experience was good for the telecommunications industry information service improving constantly and meeting the interests of consumers better. Then in the course of Customer's experience, the telecommunications industry could understand accurately and grasp the needs of customers, buildup more thoughtful user information service model. Thus the telecommunications industry was created the conditions for victory in the competition.The second part is four to six chapters of the article which is the most important content.
