Since the beginning of modern technology in the 1940s, Researches on science and technology have been greatly explored. In the 21th century, science and technology have come into every aspect of our life and the integration of science and technology has become a trend. Modern science and technology have a great effect on ethics directly and indirectly, with its new, direct, real ane complex features. Modern science and technology may also influence the progress of medern civilization, and the security and harmony of human society. The thesis researches and analyzes the following three aspects: the interference and challenge of science on ethics; the reflection on ethics in modern era and the construction of ethics principles; the promotion of scientifc spirits and humane concern for it.The first part of this thesis states the interference and challenge of science development on ethics. With the arrival of science era, the perception and practice ability of human being have been greatly improved, so man's vision has been broadened, and the field of human avtivities has been further developed. With human being's mastery of these abilities, scientific productivity has developed, thus bring the reform on enterprise and the development of economics, culture construction in human society. On the other hand the arrival of scientific era also leads to the reflection on ethics. So Part One analyzes the features of contemporary scientific progress and development, and points out it is necessary to reflect the intense conflict between science and ethics.The second part searches on the reflection on ethics and construction of ethic principles. In this part the effcet of traditional ethics, the unity, relativity and interactivity of scientific development and ethics are expolred. The new idea of independence, equality and harmonous development of man, society and nature is proposed. A reflection on scientific ethics principles and system is also mentioned. It is urgent for scientists and social workers to shoulder the responsibility to preserve nature, bring happiness to man in this new scientific era.The third part presents the significance of promoting scientific spirits and concerning about ethics in modern time. The thesis shows ethic problems are caused by the lack of humane concern. So it indicates the the backward situation of humanities researches in our country. It is suggested only by promoting scientific spirits and strengthening humane concern on science development, can we reach the perfect state of ethics study. Humane spirits and scientific spirits are indispensible, and the combination of the two are necessary in the development of science and technology. The balanced development of the two can accelerate the development of science so that the happiness of human being can be achieved, and the harmonous relationship between human society and nature can be built.
