Then, it introduces how to setup the system, and run the system with the data of company from September to November in 2007. Finally, conclusion and prospect are put forward.This Paper aimed at decreasing the failure quality cost and improved the information level of the company. It also provides the reference frame for other building companies to develop their failure quality management.
